6th  -  12th  Grade  Water Polo

Interested in playing water polo this summer?  We are looking for players entering 6th – 12th grade to play at the WEST pool.  Dan Command will again run the program with drills, scrimmages and games for new and experienced players.

 Girl’s Water Polo   6th  -  12th grade

Boy’s  Water Polo   6th  -  12th grade

Days:            Wednesday & Friday

Open Swim

Cost:  $3.00 per person

Location:  High School West   

Starts:  September 13     Ends:  December 15       

Fall Schedule: 

Monday & Wednesday   7:00-8:25pm  

*Min 8 per session or session will be cancel.

 

 

Swimming Levels

Leveled swim lessons are offered in 9-10 week sessions, 4 times a year.  Cost: $62.00.

 Fall Registration opens August 10th (in office registration only). Open registration opens Wednesday August 11 at 9:00am.

Aqua Tots:  Ages 2,3 &4. Parent or adult needed in water for each child. Emphasis of water adaptation.

Preschool:  Ages 3-4 Must be comfortable in the water without a parent.

Level 1:   (Pre-Beg) Ages 4 & 5, basic skills taught.  Face in water, floating, basic stroke skills.

Level 2:   Needs to submerge head & face in water.

Level 3:    Float on front & back for 5 seconds, swim 15 ft. on front & back, and open eyes under water.

Level 4:   (Adv. Beg) Front  & back crawl for width of pool.  Elementary backstroke, dolphin kick, breast stroke and kneeling dive.

Level 5:    (Inter) Front & back crawl for length of pool. Sidestroke, breast stroke, standing dive. Elementary backstroke and butterfly.

Level 6:    No further work needed on any of the strokes.

 

Fall Swim Lessons

Length:  10 weeks

Location:  HS West Pool

Fee: $62.00 Residents     $74.00 non-residents

Fall Open Swim

Days:   Monday & Wednesday Evenings

Time:   Longer single session.  7:00-8:25pm

Location:  HS West Pool

Cost:  $3.00 per person , per session

Starts: September 13 - December 15

***Need a minimum of 6 participants to offer session.
