2012 Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a $15.00 administration fee through June 29, 2012. A $50.00 Fee will be charged to any team that withdraws from the Tournament after June 29, 2012. A $100.00 Fee will be charged to any team that withdraws from the Tournament after July 6, 2012. A team that withdraws from the Tournament within 48 hours of the scheduled start of the tournament will be refunded only 50% of their registration fee. No refunds will be given once the Tournament begins. Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation reserves the right to determine team refunds in the case of extenuating circumstances.

Please include your e-mail address as all rules and schedules will be sent via e-mail whenever possible. Rules for each age group are available on this website. Please state the team name and age group on check and include completed registration form. A completed roster must be turned in, along with a showing a copy of each player's birth certificate by each team before their first game at check-in on Friday, July 21, 2012.

Facility Amenities:

Creasey Bicentennial Recreation Complex, located at 1505 E. Grand Blanc Rd., offers 10 softball fields, 1 large and 2 small pavilions, rest room facilities, full concessions, Splash Pad, Basketball & In-Line Skating Courts, Large Playground and Walking Trails. It is easily accessible from Interstate 75, 69 and US-23.


Driving Directions:

South~ Detroit Area: Take I-75 North. Exit at 109 Dort Hwy. Exit. Ramp merges into road. At first light (Grand Blanc Rd) take a left. Creasey Bicentennial Park will be approx. 2 1/2 miles on the North (right) side of the road.

South~ Ann Arbor Area: Take US-23 North to Grand Blanc Rd. Exit. Take a Right onto Grand Blanc Rd. Creasey Bicentennial Park is located approx. 7 miles on the North (left) side of the road.

North~ Take I-75/475 South to Exit 109 Dort Hwy.. Exit Ramp merges into Dort Hwy. road. At first light (Grand Blanc Rd) take a left. Creasey Bicentennial Park will be approx. 2 1/2 miles on the North (right) side of the road.

East/West~ Take I-69 to I-75 and follow direction above from North.



Parking Information:

Bicentennial Park offers substantial parking opportunities. There is no overnight parking during the tournament. Vehicles will be charged $2 per day or $5/weekend pass to enter the park during the tournament. Please inform all players and spectators of this charge. All passes are non-refundable.

There are a variety of affordable lodging options in the area. Bicentennial Park is easily accessible from I-75 and US-23 highways on Grand Blanc Rd. Book your lodging in advance, they will fill quickly!
