Commission Meetings
The Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM at: Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation Administrative Offices. All meetings are open to the public.

Definition of a Resident
A resident is a person who resides in either the city, township or school district of Grand Blanc.
Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested prior to the second class or activity meeting. Refunds will be paid in full when classes are cancelled by the Grand Blanc Parks and Recreation Office. No refunds or deductions will be given for classes missed by participants. A $7.00 administration fee will be charged on all refunds other than Recreation Department cancellations. Requests for refunds must be made to the Parks and Recreation Office. In order to receive any refund, the participant must show proof of registration (the participants copy of registration receipt).
Note: There will be a two-week waiting period on all refunds if registration payment was made by check.
Activity Cancellations
If a class or activity must be cancelled due to the weather conditions, mechanical failure or other unexpected problems, an effort will be made to schedule a make-up. In the event a cancellation is necessary, announcements will be placed on the website www.gbparks.com, the phone hotlines below or participants will be contacted. Participants can call 695-6720 for a recorded message regarding activity cancellation information.
