Description: 15' X 15' , Seats 20-25 people.
Fees: $50.00 ($25.00 non-refundable deposit, $25.00 due 2 weeks prior to rental)
Baseball / Softball Fields
Location: Creasey Bicentennial Park, 1505 E. Grand Blanc Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48439.
Description: Youth baseball and adult softball fields for family outings and private games.
Fees: $35 per field for 2 hours. $50 per field for 2-4 hours. $75 per field for 4 or more hours.

Senior Center Banquet Room
Location: Grand Blanc Senior Activity Center, 12632 Pagels Drive, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.
Description: Seats approximately 290 people. Amenities include a kitchen, large room, 20 round tables, 17 long tables, chairs, bathrooms and convenient parking. 
Presentation Equipment Includes (additional fee): 100" drop-down projection screen, DVD player, power-point or laptop compatible, surround-sound audio and cordless microphone.
Fees: Monday - Thursday $250, Friday or Holiday $550, Saturday $750, Sunday $400. ($200.00 Deposit)
